Very soft, obviously good quality material and I'm a material snob. I purchased it to make castor oil packs. It is a bit of a challenge to find quality organic cotton flannel and this was a great choice for what I need. It washed up soft and fluffy as well. Lots of love and care was taken packaging it. Highly recommend!

This part of my life began when I was making LOTS of baby shower gifts.

Each time a gift I made was opened, I was asked... "You made this?" I proudly answered, "Yes!" Other guests would tell me... "You should sell these." to which I answered... "I don't have the time!"

Seriously though... I work in Law Enforcement full time, I am married with a young daughter and have 4 older (grown) children, and 9 grandchildren. However, I have always loved to be creative. No matter what, I could always be found doing something with my hands. My Mother taught me how to sew when I was young. I used to sew a lot. Then for many years... life happened, and I forgot about it.

When my husband deployed in 2010 I bought an entry level sewing machine and some fabric and started making stuff... mostly princessy-type dresses for our little girl, but then more and more variety started seeping in. I finally realized how much I loved to sew... and how much I had missed it! It truly is my "joy". Of course... AFTER my family!

So now, when I make something as a gift and a guest tells me... "You should sell these!" I will proudly answer... "I do!"
